Rosary products in stock will be shipped within 2 days of placing an order. If the item is out of stock it will be made to order. Your purchase will be shipped promptly upon completion. A reasonable expectation of delivery would be 2 weeks. You will be notified by email if there are circumstances that would delay that delivery time.
The customer feedback for Graceful Lady Rosaries has been one of positive praise for design and quality. However, if upon receiving your order you are not completely satisfied, simply return your purchase within 30 days. A refund of the purchase price will be issued upon receipt of the returned product in its original condition. Graceful Lady Rosaries is not responsible for postage on returned items. After 30 days all sales are final. Please note all Special Orders are final sale.
If your rosary or chaplet requires repair during the first year simply ship it back to Graceful Lady Rosaries. Your rosary or chaplet will be repaired and returned to you free of charge. After the first year all rosary and chaplet repairs will be charged a restringing fee in addition to the cost of any replacement parts and return shipping. Please note this repair policy does not apply to rosary bracelets. Graceful Lady Rosaries will not be responsible for damaged or broken bracelets after 30 days.
A flat rate of $6.00 will be charged on all orders shipped within the Continental United States. All orders are shipped via the USPS Priority Mail.
